I sold all of my hardware to a business who cleared out my garage all in one day. I took a massive loss to get it all done quickly, rather than spend all year on eBay haggling with the consuming public. I don't regret this decision, as selling on eBay is wrought with time-suck and frustrations (fraudulent buyers, etc).

Now the garage is a gym!

Getting in to Chia and becoming a whale farmer was perhaps one of the biggest financial mistakes I've ever made in my lifetime, but I sure learned a lot from my failure. I have taken the money from the proceeds and invested it in ETFs (VTI), and now my investment income is truly passive.

Hoarding hard drives, computers, etc, also make me realize how futile having lots of material things truly is. It changed my brain into becoming a minimalist. Simplifying life. Appreciating what I have. And getting rid of all clutter and things that don't serve me on the daily.
